A: If a Free Rental Pass is applicable for an episode, it will always be used first before any coins are deducted.

VIP Membership is a recurring payment plan that automatically purchases coins every month. If you purchase a VIP Membership Coin Bundle, you will pay a set of fee every month for coins, bonus coins, and other benefits.
2. How can I purchase a VIP Membership?
All VIP Memberships can be purchased on the [Purchase Coins] page on the website, or the Android PLUS app.

3. I want to change my credit card information/billing date for the VIP Membership.
- Unfortunately, we do not provide an option to change your credit card information for the VIP Membership. Therefore, if you wish to change it, you have to cancel it and repurchase the same Coin Bundle using the new credit card.
- The billing cycle is automatically set based on the date of first purchase,
and will not change. Therefore, if you want to change the payment date, we
recommend canceling your VIP Membership Coin Bundle and repurchasing it on
the day you prefer.

4. VIP Membership has been suspended/on hold due to a payment issue.

VIP Membership is a recurring payment plan that automatically purchases coins every month. If you purchase a VIP Membership Coin Bundle, you will pay a set of fee every month for coins, bonus coins, and other benefits.
2. How can I purchase a VIP Membership?
All VIP Memberships can be purchased on the [Purchase Coins] page on the website, or the Android PLUS app.
*Please note that VIP Memberships are not available on certain app versions: iOS apps on the App Store and Android apps on Google Play Store.
3. I want to change my credit card information/billing date for the VIP Membership.
- Unfortunately, we do not provide an option to change your credit card information for the VIP Membership. Therefore, if you wish to change it, you have to cancel it and repurchase the same Coin Bundle using the new credit card.
- The billing cycle is automatically set based on the date of first purchase,
and will not change. Therefore, if you want to change the payment date, we
recommend canceling your VIP Membership Coin Bundle and repurchasing it on
the day you prefer.

4. VIP Membership has been suspended/on hold due to a payment issue.
- Payment issues may cause the VIP Membership to be placed on hold. Therefore, please verify your payment details.
- If the payment is not completed within the suspension period (7 days), the VIP Membership will be automatically cancelled on the 8th day.
5. Can I refund the coins that I purchased and received via VIP Membership?
- To be eligible for a refund, all the coins, bonus coins, and points in the Coin Bundle must not have been used.
- If you would like to request a refund for your VIP
membership, please submit a ticket within 7 days of purchase, along with
the receipt of your VIP payment and the exact month you would like to receive a
refund for,
*The refund process typically takes 2 to 3 business days or sometimes up to two ~ three weeks depending on the bank / card company’s process.
6. How can I cancel the VIP Membership?

A: If a Free Rental Pass is applicable for an episode, it will always be used first before any coins are deducted.
How to check if a Free Rental Pass can be used:

2. Free Episodes in My Library
Free episodes do not show up in the [My Library] → [Purchases] tab unless you have officially "purchased" them.

“WUF" is an abbreviation of "Wait Until Free." As the name suggests, if you wait for the necessary time, the next episode will be unlocked for free. This timer is called a "WUF Timer."
2. How can I use WUF?
- You can check the episodes included in the WUF and the time for them to be unlocked in the 'Notice' on each of the 'Comic List' pages.
- The WUF timer may not display on some of the recent episodes. This indicates that they are not available for free.
- Unlocked episodes will be locked again after 72 hours.
* The WUF Timer works only once for each episode per account. Therefore, if you have already read all the WUF episodes, the timer will not be reactivated for those episodes. Your WUF Timer will automatically move to the next unread episode if it is within the current WUF episodes.
